my stay began with a seamless arrival. the staff whisked away my luggage, i received a very warm welcome, and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne during check-in (a good touch!). my room, a superior double room, featured thoughtful details like an umbrella, a tote bag, and dried flowers. i found the room spacious and well-equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed.
the bar service felt a little disjointed.
