The room was modern and very clean. i had plenty of space to unpack. the location was excellent. I was close to bond street station! it made getting around very easy.
i found the service charge added at checkout a bit off-putting. it wasn't clearly disclosed upfront. i felt awkward asking for it to be removed.

The location was perfect. Bond street station is just across the street. the staff was great. They promptly addressed all my needs. the room included a nespresso machine and a water kettle, a great addition (i like to have my cup of tea).
the lighting system in the room was complex, it was difficult to operate the various light switches and settings.

my stay began with a seamless arrival. the staff whisked away my luggage, i received a very warm welcome, and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne during check-in (a good touch!). my room, a superior double room, featured thoughtful details like an umbrella, a tote bag, and dried flowers. i found the room spacious and well-equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed.
the bar service felt a little disjointed.
